Get creative and add whatever else you love in a stir fry.

  • 1 head Brocolli

  • 1 handful Spinach

  • Few pieces of bok choi

  • 2 carrots (peeled)

  • 1 Onion

  • 1 handful of green beans

  • ½ yellow pepper

  • ½ red pepper

  • 1 cup of edamames

  • 1 package of tofu

  • ½ cup soy sauce

  • 2 teaspoons maple syrup

  • 2 teaspoons siracha

  • 2 cloves of garlic thinly chopped

  • 2 cups of cooked rice

  • Cavendars

  • Pepper

  • Cumin

  1. Slice and peel all your veggies to your liking.

  2. Drain and cube tofu into one inch pieces.

  3. To make the sauce for the tofu, mix the soy sauce, maple syrup, siracha and garlic into a bowl.

  4. Preheat frying pain with oil on medium/high heat

  5. Get the tofu and toss those bad boys around in the sauce until evenly coated (put sauce aside, do not throw out)

  6. Place saucey tofu in a bowl of corn starch and evenly coat then gently place in your preheated frying pan

  7. While the tofu is crisping up, put all your veggies into an oiled pan and add all your spices.

  8. Keep an eye on your tofu and flip once each side is evenly crispy. They should turn a nice golden to dark brown.

  9. Once your veggies are cooked to your liking, add the sauce you set aside to the tofu.

  10. The sauce will bubbly and caramelize making the tofu a little sticky, keep tossing so they cook evenly with the sauce.

  11. Add your cooked rice to your plate, add veggies, and tofu.

  12. Drizzle on your choice of soy or hot sauce and enjoy.
